There is a tumultuous but successful month ahead. Many changes are
happening both in your personal life and in the world at large. Two eclipses
this month practically ensure this.
The Lunar Eclipse of October 8 occurs in your own sign and affects
Uranus and Pluto. It is a strong one. Make sure you take it nice and easy
during this period. The Cosmos will show you, in language you understand, when
the eclipse period is beginning, and you can lay low during that period. This
eclipse occurs in your 1st house so it brings a redefinition of your
personality and concept of yourself. You will upgrade them. You will start (and
this is a six-month process) to present a new image to the world. Generally
this brings wardrobe changes, changes of hair style, a new look.
If you haven’t
been careful in dietary matters it can bring a detox of the body. You need to
take it easy until the 23rd anyway, but especially during the eclipse period.
This eclipse will test friendships and will bring life-changing kinds of dramas
to the lives of friends. There will be shake-ups and upheavals in professional
organizations that you are involved with. There can be encounters with death
(most likely on the psychological level) as well. There can be dramas in the
family and in the home. Be more patient with family members at this time.
The Solar Eclipse of October 23 occurs right on the cusp of your
8th house of transformation. Again this can indicate encounters with death
(although not necessarily literal, physical death). Children (and children
figures in your life) should be kept out of harm’s way. They don’t need to be
involved in risky kinds of activities.
Speculations are also best avoided
during this period. Friends will have their marriages tested, and your spouse,
partner or current love could have a financial crisis that requires dramatic
financial changes.
Eclipses are not punishments. They are merely the Cosmos’s way of
clearing obstructions and blockages. The changes that happen tend to be good in
the long term, but while they happen they can be uncomfortable.
The career focus should be continued. On the 26th Mars will cross
your Mid-heaven and enter your 10th house. This is an important transit that
indicates career success. You are on top – above everyone in your world –
calling the shots. You are respected and honoured and your achievements are
appreciated. You are working hard, but you are succeeding.
Mars is ‘out of bounds’ all month. This shows that you are moving
outside your normal circles. You are exploring new ventures and new methods.
