Health is basically good this year. All the long-term planets are either in harmonious aspect or are leaving you alone. Of course there will be periods in the year when your health and energy are less easy than usual. These periods come because of short-term planetary transits – they are temporary things and not trends for the year. When they pass, your normal health and vitality returns.
Your 6th house of health is not a house of power until July 16. This shows that there’s no need to give too much attention to health as it is basically good. You can take good health for granted. But after July 16 you start to focus more on this area. I read this as the Cosmos preparing you for next year. On December 24, Saturn will move into stressful alignment with you and this will impact on health. It is more of an issue for next year rather than this, however the extra attention you pay to health, the regimes that you undertake, will stand you in good stead in 2015.
Good though your health is you can make it even better. Pay attention to the heart (this is always important for you and the reflex to the heart is shown in the chart). Avoid worry and anxiety, the two emotions that are considered the spiritual root causes of heart problems. Worry is considered normal in the secular world – everyone does it. Spiritually, however, it is considered pathology. It achieves absolutely nothing and actually makes matters worse (it puts out negative vibrations into the environment and wastes precious life energy). If there is something positive that can be done about a troubling situation, of course you should do it. If there isn’t anything that you can do, pray or make some positive affirmation about the situation and enjoy your life. Time will show the next actions to take.
The feet are also always important for you. You, more than most, benefit from foot reflexology and foot massage. Foot hydrotherapy and foot whirlpools are also good for you. (There are many such massagers and foot baths out on the market and it might be advisable to invest in one of these things.) Wear shoes that fit correctly and that don’t unbalance you – it’s best to sacrifice fashion for comfort although if you can have both, all the better.
The liver and thighs become important after July 16 when Jupiter enters your 6th house of health. The thighs should be regularly massaged, and a Liver detox might be a good idea. (There are all kinds of herbal methods for this.) The reflex to the liver is shown.
Neptune has been in your sign since February 2012 and will be there for many more years. Thus the body is being refined and spiritualized. It is becoming a more sensitive kind of instrument. Thus it is good to avoid alcohol and drugs. The body can over-react to these things.
Refined, spiritual-type exercises are good these days – things like yoga or tai chi. You will get more out of these than vigorous contact sports. These suit your body type much better.
